just how much horsepower can an 800 CC 4- cylinder engine make well we're going to figure that out starting with the bottom end the most important part of the engine which will consist of a mix between bullet steel parts and also Forge steel parts we on all cams we are using quality sliders that are on plus 15 for everything direct injection per cylinder of course we're running it on nitro methane tubular race header for the exhaust that's keeping it very simple next we're going to see what we're making for power and what is the drawbacks with our RPM here so for RPM I think I'm going to stick with 10,000 RPM we have no issues so far when it comes to our flowchart telling us things so that's very very good to see pretty happy where we're standing look this engine is probably not going to have a good power curve so expect that to be pretty normal with these types of engines as you may have seen if you've been around long enough to uh view the other videos that I've made like these tiny displacements giant horsepower actually I want to see if we can hit Double H displacement in Horsepower now that I really think about it cuz I do believe it is possible now I do think so but uh yeah let's figure that out now so this thing is going to have a ginormous turbo charger by the looks of it so I'm very happy with that looks like we are starting to make Power around 7,500 RPM but it starts to load around 7,000 that's actually like 6500 RPM but I believe that is fine we can push this engine a little harder by increasing our spring left ATT tension and also see if we can up our RPM a little more I want to see if we can't carry a little more speed up the range doesn't look like that's going to be very possible so we are making do with what we have almost 1,000 horsepower which is brilliant forgot to do that let's see more boost see how much that will

help okay okay we can't really use that per se but okay it seems to be working so why mess with something if it ain't broke don't fix it see if we can have a little more of a power curve hopefully it's starting to work so 1100 horsepower that's pretty good our compressor though is severely stressed so that's an issue we can't add more compression but we can lower our compression a lot still stuck on a r limited those so that's bit of a problem we'll mess that once uh once the engine does not want to uh explode into a million pieces as the same so far so good what else can we do it's in increase our compressor size a little more and also our turbine size yes it hurts our very very very short power curve so it's not too bad I mean four bar of Boost would be pretty crazy on this little engine those poor Head Start starts are probably clamping for dear life so that's good okay if you have an engine suggestion do let me know down below I would love to read your guys' comments and and uh yeah cuz I love to uh build engines that are on request not done an engine request video in a while H it's a very long time anyway enough rambling this thing is making 1,386 horsepower we can add more boost into it see if it helps it looks like it does not okay lean it out a little more see if that helps does help a little bit less compression helps big time so let's see okay so we are double the amount of horsepower per CC we are absolutely ripping through mean 1,00 800 CC excuse me is600 horsepower H see if that's possible I do think it is maybe I don't know let's see if we can't add more RPM to it we can a little bit but we can up it to 10,000 where it was originally but I don't think it's going to squeeze a little more I don't think we're going to have double the amount of horsepower versus its displacement I don't think so let's see if it was 600 cc's then yes they we would be golden here but I don't think so let's see almost almost, 1500 horsepower let's see if we can h, 1500 we are tickling it basically so that's that's good as for power curve yeah we we don't need that where we're going that's an issue can we add a little more compress no we can't can we lean it out a little more yes we can beautiful okay so we at 15 out that's where I'm going to leave it we're going to do two Dino runs one looking at the beautiful engine and one looking at the graph let's see what this beautiful engine sounds like hope it's good
