🍓 4 Strawberries
🍌 Half a Banana
🍦 1/4 Yogurt / Greek Yogurt

▫️Slice the fruits.
▫️Lightly steam the strawberry until it softens .
▫️Puree the strawberries and banana together.
▫️Add 1/4 cup of yogurt to the puree and blend.

✨When introducing solids at six months old, it is best to start with a loose consistency and work your way up to a thicker consistency later.
