Who Won This 3kg Japanese Jiro Garlic Ramen Noodle Challenge Contest in Taipei, Taiwan??

American professional eaters Randy Santel and ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ plus Taiwanese competitive eater ‪@xiaohui_foodie‬ and Singaporean professional competitive eater ‪@ZermattNeo‬ all versus 山形心心拉面 Yamagata Shin Shin Ramen's 3kg Japanese Jiro Garlic Ramen Noodle Bowl Challenge in the Shilin District of Taipei City, Taiwan in East Asia!! My girlfriend ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ and I left Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam in Southeast Asia and flew to Taipei, Taiwan where I attempted 3 delicious Taiwanese competitive eating challenges around the greater Taipei metro area. For food challenge #2, Katina and I headed to 山形心心拉面 Yamagata Shin Shin Ramen in the Shilin District of Taipei City where we met up with our Taiwanese competitive eating friend ‪@xiaohui_foodie‬ and Singaporean pro eater friend ‪@ZermattNeo‬ with ‪@FoodleagueSg‬. We each took on 山形心心拉面 Yamagata Shin Shin Ramen's 20cm tall 3kg Japanese Jiro-Style Garlic Ramen Noodle Bowl Challenge and had just a very short 20 minute time limit to finish everything. There were 4 portions of ramen noodles topped with an equal amount of cooked bean sprouts. The challenge bowl featured a few slices of marinated pork, a few soft-boiled eggs, and lots of garlic was added all around the exterior too. We had 20 minutes to finish, but were trying to beat the current time record which was 10:00 set by Xiao Hui during a previous visit. We were each trying to win our NT$400 Jiro-style ramen meals free (~$12.54 USD) plus spots on the Wall of Fame and some free food from 山形心心拉面 Yamagata Shin Shin Ramen for life!!
