Rojak or Rujak is a traditional fruit and vegetable salad dish commonly found in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. There are rich variations for this popular dish, one of which is mixed sliced fruit and vegetables served with spicy palm sugar dressing while other could be mix of fried tofu, cracker, cruller and fritter.

This rojak is also widely known as Chinese Rojak or Fruit Rojak.
