＊200ml Water 清水
3 tbsp Cooking Oil 食用油
40g Shallots 小红葱
20g Garlic 蒜末
40g Chili Boh 辣椒糊
50g Palm Sugar 椰糖
800ml Water 清水
¼ tsp Turmeric 黄姜粉
1 tsp Sweet Soy Sauce 甜黑酱油
1 tsp Salt 盐
½ tsp Chili Powder 辣椒糊
180g Ground Peanuts 花生碎
20g Tamarind 罗望子

★ For Dough 炸面团 ★
＊3g Instant Yeast 即溶酵母
＊¼ tsp Sugar 少许白糖
＊20ml Water 清水

150g Plain Flour 普通中筋面粉
160ml Water 清水
½ tsp Sugar 白糖
½ tsp Turmeric 黄姜粉
¼ tsp Salt 盐

Tempe 天贝适量
6Tofu 豆腐干
Bean Sprouts 豆芽菜适量
500g Yellow Noodles 黄面
Cucumbers 黄瓜丝适量
Jicama 沙葛适量
