0:00 Intro
For this shot I wanted to get back the warmer sunset colors from the raw image. I also wanted the image to be very vibrant with a soft glow in the sky. Most of this was done in Lightroom, while I used Photoshop to apply some minor adjustments.

0:14 1. Basic Adjustments
I started by changing the white balance to give the image some different color tones. Then, I dropped the exposure and the highlights which gets me more details in the sky especially. Also, I raised the shadows, the whites and the blacks. For more structure, I added some texture. Finally, I increased vibrance and saturation.

3:15 2. Local Adjustments
Here, I just wanted to work on the sky. Using two differently sized linear gradient masks, I made the top part of the sky slightly darker and also gave the area a stronger blue tone. For the glow I used a radial gradient and simply increased the blacks, dropped the dehaze and for some color, increased the temperature in here.

5:48 3. Color Grading
I slightly dropped the blue hue and increased the blue and aua saturation. For the split toning, I used a warm tone for the highlights and the mid-tones while adding a blue tone to the shadows.

9:10 4. Photoshop
First, I used the spot healing brush to remove a few smaller objects. Then, I enhanced the glow in the sky some more by using a soft light layer and a warm, soft brush with low opacity.
