Equipos de científicos trabajan sin descanso para encontrar la respuesta que cure definitivamente esta enfermedad y María, que trabaja en uno de estos equipos, nos cuenta cómo lo están haciendo. Researcher in virology and immunology, and especially focused in the pathogenesis of HIV-1 as the aetiological agent of AIDS. Her commitment to her field of study has been rewarded with a total of 6 Spanish Government competitive fellowships and 9 International Young Researcher Awards.
