HI SUELLIES! In today's video, I cooked up some mafaldine (lasagna noodles) pasta that I purchased from my favorite foodie adventure store, Eataly. Don't they look like the curly edges of lasagna? When invited over for dinner, my neighbor would ask if he could have the burnt pasta edges of the lasagna. I was like sure!
