I Started a Micro Coffee Roasters in the UK

Hi, Chris here from Forge Valley Roasters. My family is living and breathing coffee at our tiny roastery nestled in the majestic North York Moors National Park.

In this video I give a quick introduction, a tour around the roastery and then some content throughout a regular Saturday where we head to a local market.

I believe everyone should experience incredible, freshly-roasted beans. Beans sourced with transparency and respect, roasted with finesse, and delivered at the peak of their journey from cherry to cup. This is our first video and we started the channel to share educational content and lessons learned for a UK coffee roasting business.
