Materials:
Hook - Streamer Hook Size 4
Bead - 7/32 Brass
Lead Wire - For seating the bead in place and extra weight
Marabou - Tail
Wire - Tie on before dubbing loops
Dubbing - Add to dubbing loop and wrap around the hook
Wrap Wire - Copper Wire
Head Cement

Steps:
1. Hook - Streamer Hook Size 4
2. Bead - 7/32 Brass
3. Lead Wire - For seating the bead in place and extra weight
4. Marabou - Tail
5. Wire - Tie on before dubbing loops
6. Dubbing - Add To Dubbing Loop and Wrap Around Shepard Hook
7. Wrap Copper Wire
8. Tie Off
9. Head Cement
