材料:5个咸蛋黄、1个苦瓜、2茶勺盐、3瓣蒜、2根小米辣椒、1把咖喱叶、2勺玉米淀粉、1大勺牛油、1勺白糖

1)把咸蛋黄取出,蒸15分钟
2)苦瓜切片,加入2勺盐抓均匀,再洗干净,加2勺玉米淀粉拌匀
3)蒜切末,小米椒切圈
4)热锅热油,把苦瓜炸至金黄色捞出
5)锅里加入1大勺牛油,爆香蒜辣椒咖喱叶,然后倒入捏碎的咸蛋黄炒至冒泡末,加1勺白糖&炸好的苦瓜,炒均即可❤️
