To keep our kids healthy and strong, we need to encourage them to exercise every day if possible. This workout will improve their muscular and cardiovascular endurance and help them maintain a healthy weight. We'll start with an easy cardio exercise, followed by a routine of a single muscle group at a time with weight-bearing exercises and this will be done in two sets.
