395g (3 cups) AP flour
150g (3/4 cup) light brown sugar
100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
240g (1 cup) apple cider
125g (1/2 cup) unsweetened apple sauce
225g (1 cup) vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract

CAKE COATING
70g (1/3 cup) granulated sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp apple cider

APPLE CIDER GLAZE
100g (1 cup) powdered sugar
2 tbsp apple cider, more as needed
