•2 vasetti da 500ml
•140g di couscous
•2 zucchine
•4 pomodorini
•Un cipollotto
•Curcuma q.b.
•Zenzero in polvere q.b.
•Pepe nero q.b.
•Sale q.b.
•2 cucchiai di olio EVO
•240ml di acqua
•Menta q.b.

• 140g of couscous
• 2 courgettes
• 4 cherry tomatoes
• A spring onion
• Turmeric to taste
• Ginger powder to taste
• Black pepper to taste
•Salt to taste.
• 2 tablespoons of EVO oil
• 240ml of water
• Mint to taste
