Begin by placing a pillow between your legs.

Then, slowly lie on your back on a soft surface or mat.

Next, squeeze the pillow by tightening the muscles on the inside of your thighs.

Hold for six seconds and breathe.

One, two, three, four, five, six.

Slowly return to start position.

Do two sets of 10 repetitions twice a day for five days a week.
