Begin by tying a knot on one end of the band and secure it behind a door.

The other end will be wrapped around the ankle of the affected side.

While lying on your stomach, keep legs together and straight.

Bend the affected knee towards your buttocks and slowly return to start position.

Do two sets of 10 repetitions on each side twice a day for five days a week.
