Angling to take control of this Federation through Diplomatic Weight Voting, but have a ways to go. Converted one vassal to scholarium but the others are both disloyal. Finished Modularity, having trouble building jobs fast enough to keep up with pop assembly. Took Cosmogenesis and started working on the Lathe tech. Also picked up Disruptors and Carrier Operations (finally), Hyper-Relays, and Cruisers. Chewing through tier 3 society techs as well; decent chance we draw Climate Restoration before we finish Supremacy I think.

Observed an amusing behavior where as a gestalt in a federation with individualist empires with the federation migration law set, we started growing organic pops on our worlds... who then got grid amalgamated.
