MRE Review: Menu No.1 Ratatouille from XMRE

This is the first look at a civilian MRE from the XMRE company. They can be found at http://www.xmremeals.com/ . XMRE is a relatively new company, and since the time I received my first MREs from them they have instituted some changes in their products. If I get some new ones this will probably be the only review of one of these original meals. This is a longer video than I'd have liked it to have been, but since it was a first look at a new company's MREs I wanted to do a little comparison with some other commercial MREs and give some more information about the company.
