1:19 - overhead leaning side leg raises (R)
1:59 - standing crunches (L)
2:49 - overhead leaning side raises (L)
3:39 - front reach with step backs (R)
4:29 - overhead reach with straight leg kickbacks (R)
5:19 - front reach with step backs (L)
6:09 - overhead reach with straight leg kickbacks (R)
6:59 - arm pulse combo
7:49 - single knee raise rotations
8:39 - plie squat with calf raise & sunrise arms
9:29 - plie squat with wide arm hold
