Flosstube Extra: Cross Stitch Stand Up Finishing Tutorial

Описание к видео Flosstube Extra: Cross Stitch Stand Up Finishing Tutorial

UPDATE: since I made this tutorial I've found myself using ovals for the bottoms. I find that it gives my stand ups a better shape.

The santas that I stitches are from the Prairie Schooler chart Kris Kringle. I stitched them on 25 count lugana using three strands of floss over two threads. The blue coat Santa is stitched on 25 count Pewter Lugana with the following substitutions: Colour & Cotton Steel Blue for the coat (this was a limited edition floss) Colour & Cotton Ivy for the tree and DMC 822 for the cream trim. The green coat Santa was stitched on 25 count Moss Green lugana with the following substitutions: Colour & Cotton Peace on Earth for the coat (another limited edition floss) and DMC 822 for the cream trim.

I finish showing how to make your own template around 11:30 if you want to jump ahead and pick it up there.

Supplies used:
Pellon 950F fusible interfacing
Light Tracing Box (mine came from Amazon)
Compass
Mat Board
Thread that matches your fabric
Circle Template: https://amzn.to/3j48gl8
