How To Change Your Engine Oil & Filter On A Caterham Ford Sigma

In this video forming part of my 'how to' series we look at how to change the engine oil and filter in a Ford Sigma based Caterham. You may have a different variant, but the principles will remain broadly the same. Make sure you check the specific grade and quantity of oil required and another specifics for your car such as torque settings.
