Event footage from the Great North 10k! A chance to run the same starting route as its big brother in September, the Great North 10K loops back over the Tyne Bridge and into Newcastle city centre.

A couple of steep inclines and 6000 other runners makes this one a tricky event for newbies but a fantastic warm up for the Great North Run in a couple of months.
