Welcome back to Rice Cooker Baking, today I am baking extra moist banana cake in rice cooker. The natural goodness of banana makes it more delicious and flavorful.

Ingredients
Ripe Banana 4 Pcs
Egg 2
Melted butter 1/2 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Salt 1/2 Tsp
All purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup
Baking powder 1 Tsp
White Sugar 1/2 Cup
Brown Sugar 1/2 Cup
Vanilla Extract 1 Tsp
Chocolate chips 1 Tbsp (Optional)

Cooking Method
1. Peel and place the Bananas in a large bowl. Mash with a fork.
2. Add the Egg, Melted butter, Milk and Salt. Combine the ingredients well.
3. Into another bowl, Sieve All purpose flour and Baking powder.
4. Add White Sugar and Brown Sugar. Combine with a whisk.
5. Add the wet ingredients and Vanilla Extract. Combine well.
6. Grease the rice cooker pot with butter.
7. Pour the batter into the Rice cooker pot.
8. Drop some Chocolate chips on top (Optional)
9. Place the pot in the rice cooker and turn on the cook mode (Use cake mode if available)
10. It takes about 45 minutes to cook.
11. Make sure that the toothpick test is clean.
12. Take out the pot and let it cool.
13. Once cooled, release the sides of the cake with a spatula.
14. Take out the cake. Cut and serve!
