The Employability Skills Hub at Humber's International Graduate School

The Employability Skills Hub is a digital tool that allows Humber's International Graduate Student's build their unique employability profile and gain critical skills that are required in the Canadian labour market.

Students acquire key skills in the Humber Learning Outcomes such as Systems Thinking, Sustainability and Critical Thinking Skills.

The digital platform allows learners to input their experiences, and utilize a visualization of the knowledge and skills they have gained from their curriculum, capstone projects , co-ops and internships in order to evaluate their progress.  

Students can leverage this insight to demonstrate to potential employers their fit with the job description and within the organization.
