椰糖糯米糕(食谱)

糖漿材料
300克 椰糖
100克 黑糖
125毫升 清水
3片 班蘭葉

材料
1公斤 糯米
500毫升 椰奶
1小匙半 鹽
少許 香蕉葉

首先將1公斤糯米清洗乾淨後將糯米泡在水裡2小時備用,然後將鍋燒開倒入300克椰糖,100克黑糖,125毫升清水和3片班蘭葉把糖漿煮至融化待冷備用,把瀝乾水份的糯米倒入蒸盤裡再將1小匙半的鹽和500毫升椰奶倒入糯米裡並一起攪拌均勻,將糯米放入預先開的鍋裡大火蒸上15分鐘後將糯米取出鍋拌至鬆散後再次放入鍋裡大火蒸上20分鐘後,將糯米取出後拌入冷後的椰糖漿裡炒至均勻, 將糯米舀入鋪上蕉葉的糕盤裡,並準備一樣的糕盤放在糯米糕上方按壓緊實, 椰糖糯米糕待冷後就可切件並享用,謝謝
