Wai FM, Tajik Radio, FEBC, WWCR and more on the incredibly good Qodosen DX-286

Some SW catches from last night (28 June 2024) on my Qodosen DX-286. It wasn't a great night for DXing, fewer signals than usual, but the ones that did come through were actually quite interesting.

You can hear two different bandwidths on the Qodosen in this video, the bandwidth was set at 6 kHz for the first part of the video, then 3 kHz for the second part. The 3 kHz setting seems to sound better, when set at 6 kHz it sounds a bit noisy to my ears.

You can hear a number of American stations here (all containing religious programmes, except for Radio Marti), also Wai FM from Malaysia, quite clear, and Tajik Radio, a new catch for me, but weak. Also very clear Radio Exterior de España and some other stations.

All received in Johannesburg, South Africa, with a 10 metre long wire stretched outside.
