You will end up with better quality parts, save lots of money and have the sense of accomplishment when complete. This video will show you how to construct this basic amp into a 50's RCA wood cabinet, utilizing fairly easy to acquire components. When complete, this is a real beauty full of Vintage mojo! I love building boutique amps in unique enclosures. The RCA U70 is my favorite. Looks super at night with the dial glowing, seeing the tubes inside.
