I have had this request a few times. "What is the process for making your control panels?" OK, here it is. As you can see, there is quite a bit involved to complete the task. Due to the time involved, I do not offer them as a D-lab product. I would estimate the entire process is about 4 hours. That does not count drying time for paint. I usually apply 3 coats. The vinyl cutter is a cool device. They run about $1000.00. So, I will never recoup the investment. But, it is a very nice addition to the shop's capabilities. If you really need a panel, I would require a to scale drawing with precise dimensions. Hope you enjoy the video. TD
