So, this marks the first time I'm using a new XML converter. This one was made by XeroOl, and it's got some nice features.

I've sorta modified it to remove some of the automatic stuff as there are some things I'd rather do manually.

The file itself wasn't too hard to port, as this was mainly to help get the xml converter set up how I want it.

I'm also no longer really bothering with quality-of-life changes in ports for SM5.2, as it's pretty much dead. Apologies in advance.
Oh, and we're now at the point where if you use SM5.1 or 5.0.12, it will look wrong because the vanish point of the player is wrong.

Simfile changes:
There's an ssc now because I merged a good amount of the lua files into one.

Mod changes:
Tried applying a consistent drawsize if possible.

Internal changes:
All of the sleep-queued everything is now done in mod_actions.
Forced positioning of the players.
Did some zoomz wrapperstate madness on the Players.
Made the judgments act as if negative Mini affects it.
Used ratios to scale things like:
Positioning
Zoom
Movements
Actor effects like Bob.
Made use of wrapper states in general to replicate how ITG does zoom rotation order.
Ended up multiplying some customtexturerect for easy scaling.
Replaced all the cmd with lua functions.
