It is a very famous and delicious cake in Denmark. This cake is very simple and easy to make. It is very soft inside and the topping is very diffrent and tasty. The topping is made of brown sugar and desicated coconut. I hope you will like it.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 1/2 cup plain flour(meaida)
1 Tbsp og baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
Topping
150 gram butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cup dessicated coconut
1/2 cup milk
PREPARATION
Take a bowl and add sugar and egg in and beat it until its colour is change and fluffy.
Now add the plain flour, baking powder and salt in and mix it and add in the egg mixture and beat it .
Than add milk,oil and vanilla essence.
pre heat oven on 200 degree for 15 minutes
Line the baking tray and brush the oil.
Add the mixture in and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.
Topping Preparation
Take a pot and add butter. when the butter is melted than add sugar,dessicated coconut and milk in and mix it. cook for few minutes and flame off and keep aside.
when the cake is ready take out and cool down for 10 minutes and than put the topping on the top of the cake and than again cook for 4 to 5 minutes on 225 degree.
The delicious Danish Dream cake is ready.
