A 5.9L Cummins diesel engine running a few upgrades which include uprated head studs, rods, injectors and a Stealth 67 turbocharger care of Calibrated Success is used in the 2007 Dodge Ram do demonstrate some of what you will do yourself when it comes to your first performance diesel tune.

In part two we're going to work past our limiters, turn up the boost and fuelling and learn why the peak power output is not the only important aspect with Nick given an example of a 2hp overall gain that actually gives a massive difference in power averages in the lower end jumping up from 430whp and 886 ft/lb of torque to 491whp and 1025 ft/lb of torque.
