Ube Choco Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
• 3/4 of a block of butter (150g)
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (300g)
• 2 tbsp ube flavoring

• 3 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour (400g to 420g)
• 2 tbsp cornstarch (16g)
• 1 tsp baking soda 5g
• 2 tsp baking powder (6g)
• 1 tsp iodized salt (5g)
• 1 cup of white chocolate chips or roughly chopped white chocolate bar

Chill the dough for at least 30 mins to an hour.

Baking Time:
200⁰C for 15 mins

Yield:
24 pcs of cookies, using a 3 oz ice cream scoop

Baking Sheet:
12x16 inch baking sheet
