BMW E90 Rear Control Arm Replacement DIY (BMW 135i, 328i, X1, & More)

Описание к видео BMW E90 Rear Control Arm Replacement DIY (BMW 135i, 328i, X1, & More)

►BMWs are known for their handling and driving experience, and BMW's E91 chassis is no exception. However, being over ten years old, the BMW E91 rear control arms will need to be replaced. When factoring in the stamped steel construction and rubber bushings that are now standard on all BMWs, these components are susceptible to curb strikes and potholes, bending very easily, and should be serviced regularly. If you live in the rust belt area, it is a good idea to soak the bolts with some form of penetrant before you attempt to remove them to avoid running into any stuck bolts.

While we're completing this DIY on a BMW 328xi, the job also applies to most 1-series, 3-series, and 4-series BMW E9X's.

Follow along with Michael Hidalgo as he walks you through the relatively simple job of replacing all four rear control arms.
