This is a new YouTube mindfulness meditation session on living a colorful life. It features my guided male voice along with an ambient background music soundtrack. The focus of this meditation is on reducing stress and anxiety through mindful presence, love, and gratitude. This means being aware of every moment and being thankful for your life in all of its vibrant color. A colorful life can mean having healthy self-care and self-love every day.

This is a wonderful session for any morning, day, or night. It can even help to calm you before you sleep. The meditation session is 12 minutes long, followed by 3 minutes of ambient music soundtrack to make for a total of 15 minutes.
