This video is part of a series that focuses on generative modular ambient. In these videos I'll be using my Eurorack modular system to create meditative patches that breathe and float. I am especially interested in generative processes, allowing the modular system to "play itself" and create slowly evolving textures that have no beginning and no end.

Patch Notes:

A little bit of spacious drift. A little bit of sequenced ambient. A little bit of deep, deep, deep sub bass (if you have the speakers for it).

Oxi One is controlling the primary melodic sequence via the Make Noise XPO. That audio is being filtered dynamically by the QPAS and sampled into the Arbhar, which is triggering grains that are being bounced around in the Qu-Bit Nautilus and then soaked in reverb. The sub bass, which appears near 1:34 and fades out later, is Plaits, being sequenced by Oxi One.

Not enough sunlight around here to make an ideal video. But I like the angle for the primary shot. Hope you'll enjoy it too.
