Transitioning to peri-menopause can be a significant life change, and it is natural to feel uncertain at times. However there are several ways I have learnt and still learning to manage the emotional and physical changes during this phase:

1) Educating Myself: knowledge is empowering.
Understanding the physical and emotional changes associated with peri-menopause can help reduce anxiety and give one more control over the symptoms to an extent.

2) Take care of your body. I've found regular exercises, balanced nutrition adequate hydration helpful with my overall wellbeing

3) Sleep hygiene. Developing a calm bed time routine, limit screen time avoiding heavy meals before bed very helpful.

4) Seek support; Having a support system can BOOST one's confidence during transition. If needed speak to a health care provider who specialises in women's health.
