Ingredients

300 g Basa fish steaks
1 Tsp oyster sauce
3Tbsp tao jiew (Thai soybean paste)
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
½ cup water
2 inches ginger, julienned
1-2 Spur chilies
1 tsp ground white pepper
2green onion sliced thinly
2 white parts of green onion
Spur chili juliennes and green onion for garnish
Jasmine rice for serving
