MAYO-MUSTARD TURKEY TENDERLOIN with ZUCCHINI & SQUASH LIME CREMA 💙4 | 💜4 |💚5
This is fully cooked turkey tenderloin I buy from Aldi. I will be brushing it with a mixture of 2 Tbsp light mayo and 2 tsp stone ground mustard, then baking until heated through. For the zucchini & squash lime crema, I roast in 400-degree oven for about 20 minutes (or until cooked to your liking). Then top with a mixture of 2 oz light sour cream and 1 tsp lime juice.
