CHÁO ĐẬU ĐỎ NƯỚC CỐT DỪA ĂN VỚI XÁ BẤU CAY NGỌT, TÉP RANG DỪA, CÁ KHOTIÊU

REDBEANS CONGEE AND SALTY CARAMELIZED FISH
INGREDIENTS:
100g redbeans
-1 cup of rice
50g pandan leave
100g coconut cream
1tbsp rice flour
water

RECIPE:
1. CONGEE: wash redbean and soak in 4 - 6 hours before cook. then wash again and put in a pot, pour about 1.5lit of water and cook with small fire until it's soft (about 15 minutes). Then we wash rice and pour all into the redbean pot. Cook with small fire and stir well when it's boiled. cook until it's soft and like congee.
2. COCONUT SAUCE: put 1tbsp rice flour and little bit water into a bowl and stir well. then pour all into the coconut pot. we cook with small fire, until it's boiled and we off the gas stove. remember to stir well until it's boiled.
3. THE CRUNCHY SOUR SWEET DAIKON WITH MINCED GARLIC AND CHILI: we got the salty daikon, then we cut like noodles shape and then soak in water for about 4 hours (remove the salty taste). Then we squeeze them and put in a bowl.
use another bowl then put 50ml fish sauce, 50ml lemon juice, 1tbsp sugar and then boil them until 100'C. when it's cool, pour all soaked salty daikon into that mixture. put 1tsp minced garlic, chili, and put there in 5minutes. after that we can enjoy!!!
