Dark chocolate raspberry shake
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
1-2 handfuls of frozen raspberries
1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Isolate
1 tablespoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder 
Ice to desire

Instructions:
Add all ingredients Blendjet, blend until smooth and enjoy! 


Mixed berry keto shake
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk
1-2 handfuls of frozen mixed berries
1 scoop Whey Protein Isolate (flavor of choice)
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Handful of spinach
Ice to desire

Instructions:
Add all ingredients Blendjet, blend until smooth and enjoy! 

Chocolate peanut butter shake
Ingredients:
1 ¼ cups unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Peanut Butter Cup Whey Protein Isolate
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder 
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1 tablespoon crushed peanuts
Ice to desire

Instructions:
Add all ingredients, except for crushed peanuts, to Blendjet, blend until smooth. Top with crushed peanuts and enjoy!
