ऐसी ही कहानी है सीमा ढाका की. जिन्होंने एक छोटे से गांव से निकलकर अपना नाम बनाया.
दिल्ली पुलिस की पहली महिला हेड कॉन्स्टेबल जिन्हें लापता बच्चों को तलाशने के लिए आउट ऑफ टर्न प्रमोशन दिया गया है।
हालाकि यहां तक पहुंचना सीमा के लिए आसान नहीं था. उन्हें कई challenges का सामना करना पड़ा.
कई struggles देखे पर साहस के साथ आगे बढ़ती रही और आज ASI के तौर पर दिल्ली पुलिस में काम कर रही हैं.

If you have courage, everything is possible. Such is the story of Seema Dhaka.
Coming from a small village, she had made her identity.
However, reaching there was not easy for Seema. She had to face many challenges.
Seema Dhaka was a head constable of Delhi police who has been promoted out of turn for tracing 76 missing children in nearly three months. She was the first police personnel of Delhi Police, who has been given OTP (out-of-turn promotion) for tracing missing children under the incentive scheme.
Dhaka joined Delhi Police on July 3, 2006. She got promoted in 2014 and became head constable.
Today she is working as ASI in delhi police.
