Here's the recipe:

Tang Zhong Roux
Water 1/4 cup + 3 tbsp (100g)
Bread flour 2 1/2 tbsp(20g)

Main Dough
Bread Flour 2.75 Cup + 3 tbsp (375g)
Milk 1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp (150g)
Active dry Yeast 4.25 tsp (12g)
Sugar 1/3 Cup (75g)
Salt 1 tsp
Dry milk powder 2 tbsp
Butter 3 tbsp (40g)
