In this massive LES simulation we show air flow in the area of the Tehachapi pass wind farm. We placed more than 300 wind energy converters into the hilly terrain, all were calculated including their influence on the flow.

The wind inlet was done with synthetic eddies to get as close to natural conditions as possible.

Terrain and placement of turbines is (relatively) exact, wind turbine types not.
