The Jet Fuel cocktail is for adults, full stop. This potent blend combines the smoothness of vodka and the fiery kick of 151-proof rum with the sweet, nutty notes of amaretto liqueur and the tropical refreshment of pineapple juice. JET FUEL

1.5 oz/45 ml Vodka
1.5 oz/45 ml Amaretto
1.5 oz/45 ml 151 Rum
4 oz/120 ml Pineapple Juice
.5 oz/15 ml Lime Juice

METHOD

1 Add all of the ingredients into a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds.
3 Free pour into a Tulip glass.
