14k Low Profile Dump Pro (DL) Quick Walkaround

Today we are Introducing the all-new (DL) 14K Low-Profile Dump PRO! We’ve made some significant upgrades to our DL dump trailer model, making it stronger, more versatile, and better than ever! See what makes the DL our #1 selling dump and the standard for the next generation of professional dump trailers!

The DL has been improved to bring you a stronger and more dependable dump than ever before. This robust trailer is perfect for hauling equipment like skid-steers and tractors OR loose material like aggregates, wood, or construction materials. With GVWRs ranging from 14,000 to 16,000 pounds and a load capacity of 10,120 to 11,500 pounds, the redesigned DL is tailor-made for contractors, landscapers, and serious do-it-yourselfers.

The DL comes standard with a Demco 2 5/16 EZ latch coupler in an adjustable channel mount and a PJ all-weather, 7-way wiring harness that features dual contacts for a secure and reliable connection. The DL is also available in a pintle or gooseneck coupler configuration.

The DL comes standard with a 12k spring-loaded, drop-leg jack or can be upgraded to the ever-popular hydraulic Monster Jack for quick and easy push-button control.
For additional storage space, the DL comes standard with a lockable front toolbox that securely houses the battery and pump.

The hydraulic scissor lift is controlled with a simple push-button KTI remote. The DL can be upgraded with the gravity down feature that greatly reduces battery consumption by allowing you to lower the bed with gravity. This also saves battery life and increases raise and lower cycles.

The bed is configured with a tarp kit to help keep aggregates and materials from blowing out while in transit.

This model is available in a 12, 14, of 16-foot lengths with 24, 36, and 48 inch high sides. The sides of the DL have been redesigned with Uniwall steel technology featuring a formed, one-piece top rail, side, and bed. The DL now also comes standard with a spare tire mount.

The new DL also features a stronger, lighter, and more dependable form-rolled steel frame. This design increases structural integrity, eliminates corrosion- vulnerable seams, and lowers the trailer weight which, in turn, helps increase potential load capacity. We’ve also added this Monster Step on the driver side and an additional side step on the passenger side for easy access to materials inside the bed. This trailer comes standard with a 28-inch deck height.

For our running gear, we’ve added these sleek, black-mod wheels on two 7,000 pound Dexter axles on a 6- leaf, slipper spring suspension with electric brakes, giving us a 14,000 pound GVWR.

There are several additional axle options to choose from including a 7k drop axle option, lowering the deck height to 24 inches.

At the rear of the DL, we have a split spreader gate that opens like barn doors for loading equipment like skid steers and medium-sized tractors. With the push of a lever, the gate becomes a spreader, allowing you to quickly and evenly distribute aggregates. We’ve also upgraded our barn-door holdback design to create a smoother action when locking them into place.

The floor is constructed with 10 gauge, folded steel for more strength to keep the trailer bed from flexing and sagging under heavy loads.
