About Doug:

Doug is a strategic leader who is passionate about helping individuals navigate team and organizational culture to solve the right problems at the right time. He enjoys the process of growing teams and believes the most effective teams are built of learners who lead with diverse strengths and perspectives.

For the past four years, Doug has been leading software engineering teams focused on building and operating distributed cloud systems. Prior to that, he spent fourteen years as a software engineer in a variety of different fields and disciplines.

Balance is everything. To be his best self, Doug balances work with a focus on physical and mental health. He enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids learn and play, and any activities that get him out in nature.
