OLYMPIC TRIALS 200M: BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIPS | Outdoor Sprint Season 2024 | The Speed Operation #21

After over 300 days since I began training for Olympic year, we've finally reached the British Championships/Olympic trials. I'm competing over the 200m after managing to make a full recovery just in time after a hamstring injury. I've won silver medals at these championships the last two years, so I'm looking to get myself on the podium once again. This is the final challenge on the road to Paris, where I'll need to sprint my way to a time of 20.16, breaking my 20.23 PB, in order to qualify.

It's been a long journey, with lots of hardship and sacrifice, but now it's time to give it everything i've got in one last shot!
