The opening 7/8 sequence on the NTS1mk2 alongside the choppy synth FM2 and LFO driven S1 is a soft homage to Steve Reich's Music for 18 musicians of course (not the Tangerine Dream copy 'Love on a Real Train' - composed for the film that Steve Reich turned down but the producers wanted something similar so asked TD !) ... in part 2 & 6 of my piece it turns a little 'Love on Real Train' for sure ...

Always a challenge with these small synths, the S1 particularly is not brilliant for 'flow' but am getting my head around the little sequencer on the NTS1mk2. Also FM2 doesn't have too many sound adjusters to play with on the fly, so most of these are slightly amended presets. The sync goes from Beats to FM2 to S1 and finally NTS1mk2. Audio of the main 3 instruments goes to VMix10 and then stereo out of that into the NTS1 where delay, reverb and of course it's own built in sequencer is added. Captured onto a Zoom Q8n4k.
