You only need a pair of kettlebells for this fun, full-body workout. Here's a six exercise four round double kettlebell circuit to get your heart pumping! I'm going lighter with a pair of 14 kg kettlebells for multiple reps emphasizing proper form. This full body workout is great for building strength and endurance.

6 exercises × 4 rounds
Minimal rest between exercises (15–30 seconds)
Rest 1–2 minutes after each round

I went lighter to stay sharp and hit one of my favorite power moves: the double kettlebell snatch. But don’t worry—this workout is designed for all levels. If you’re not ready for the snatch, I’ve included an alternative: the push press. And if you're looking to learn the double kettlebell snatch, there’s a quick tip segment to help you get started.

If you’re just beginning, start with 1–2 rounds to get your body moving. If you’re more advanced or conditioned, go for 5 or more rounds.

The most important thing is to move your body daily. This workout gives you a simple way to start. Enjoy it!
