Found in manual 6-3
Removing the camshaft holders, loosening the cam sprockets and releasing timing chain tension.
Remove the cylinder head cover bolts. You may need to use a pick if any of the rubber grommets are still in the bolt heads. These bolts are Allen head size:
Remove the cylinder head cover by using the trim panel removal tools.
Remove the dowel pins. Place bolts and dowel pins into Bin A, Slot 1.
Check the cylinder head cover gasket for deterioration or damage. If it is in the gasket kit you purchased, remove the gasket.
Remove the right crankshaft cover (Three Allen head - 5mm). Store with cover
Remove the four, 10mm cam chain guard bolts (short bolts). Store in Bin A, Slot 2
Remove the four, 10mm oil pipe bolts (long bolts). Place chain guard, oil pipes, and long bolts into Bin A, Slot 2
Inspect the cam sprocket bolts. If you can access them before having to rotate the engine, remove one at a time from each sprocket (10mm). If you need to rotate the crankshaft, rotate the crankshaft counterclockwise using the open-end 17mm wrench. Once you are able to remove the remaining two cam sprocket bolts, put a zip tie back through the bolt hole and loosely zip tie the cam sprocket to the camshaft. (This will help keep the cam sprocket/camshaft position) Store in Bin A, Slot 3.
Loosen the cam chain by pushing down on the tensioner lock pin with the flat side of a screwdriver, while pulling up on the forward section of the lock plate. Should look like this…
Remove the cam chain from the sprockets. (I used a small bungee cord to hold the chain to the upper frame)
Loosen the 16, 10mm cam holder bolts in a crisscross pattern. You do not need to remove these bolts from the holders (If you do remove them, the longer bolt goes at the far corners)
Carefully remove the camshaft holders and camshafts. Keeping with the fashion of organizing the bolts and parts, remove the rocker arm holder bolts (10mm), holders, rocker arms, and dowel pins.
Inspect the rocker arm followers for damage or abnormal wear, replace if necessary
Leave the hydraulic tappets in the cylinder head. Inspect by pushing down on them. If they compress more than 0-0.2mm bleeding procedure is required.

Tools used:
10mm deep socket
1/4" extension
1/4" ratchet
17mm open end wrench
